Trunks Full of Treats from PAC

The Parent Activities Committee has been busy planning events for Holy Angels families.  On October 26th, a parking lot full of cars provided the setting for the annual Trunk-or-Treat celebration. A wide variety of costumed characters found their way through the assortment of decorated cars, trucks and minivans (and that was just the parents!!).  A fun and safe time was also had by students who left with full bags of treats from the assembled trunks.  The weather surprised most people as, for the second year in a row, it did NOT rain!

The PAC is also planning for the kick-off of Catholic Schools Week on Saturday, January 26th. The evening will include games and food, entertainment and challenges. The popular student vs. parent dodgeball event is expected to return. Also returning… the Milwaukee Art Museum presents Kohl’s Color Wheels, with lots for kids to do and create.

The PAC-sponsored Adult Trivia Night is in the planning stages with a spring date to be announced soon.  Last year’s high level of participation necessitated the use of both the Cedar and Walnut Rooms for the many creative teams who vied for the winner’s title (and bragging rights).  But the most fun was had by those who just wanted to get together with friends and/or family for some adult getaway fun.
