The Arts Celebrated at H.A.

Fine Arts Evening featured a wide range of student expression. The evening began with a bedtime story (and song) by the Four-Year-Old Kindergarten students. The HA Chorus provided entertainment with songs from “The King” and some memorable classics from the past. Participants in the Middle School Solo and Ensemble competition also performed their pieces. Finally, Forensics Team members delighted the audience and prepared for the upcoming state tournament.

Throughout the evening, guests strolled through the Walnut/Cedar Room Gallery. Student works ranged from the colossal-size snack items to the original musical instruments to water colors to painted “glass”. Special entries reflecting the theme of building God’s creation also received recognition and praise from those in attendance.
