Frogs Don’t Have a Chance

The seventh grade science students have been studying body systems and go a first-hand look at the parts of a frog recently. Although a bit hesitant at first, the students soon rose to the opportunity to really see what’s inside a frog. Following detailed directions, the young scientists made their way through outer layers of skin and muscle to reach the inner organs. After finding organs such as the heart, some students also found eggs in their specimen. Students were able to complete their own diagrams of the inner parts of a frog by comparing it to their dissected specimen.
