Class of 2008 Moves On

The Graduating Class of 2008 marked the end of their years at Holy Angels and the beginning of a new chapter in their lives on May 30th. Graduation Day began with a breakfast prepared by parents of the graduates. The rest of the student body then assembled to acknowledge the graduates and wish them well. Each graduate received a “special” award designated by the junior high staff. Several students were also honored as recipients of plaques which recognize key characteristics of Holy Angels students such as service, spirit and enthusiasm for learning, academic effort, Christian values, and more.

In the evening, family and friends gathered for the Graduation Mass. Following the liturgy, graduates received their diplomas and congratulations from the community. A reception in the Walnut Room was provided by the seventh grade Room Parents. Parents of the Class of 2008 also planned a dance, along with beverages and pizza to close out the full day of celebration.
