Celebrating the Harvest
The end of October is the traditional time to celebrate a Harvest Festival. For centuries, it was a time to give thanks for a bountiful harvest. Over time, the feast of All Saints developed along with that of Hallowed Eve or Halloween.
The primary students continued the tradition of celebrating a bountiful harvest and to pray for a safe Halloween and trick or treat. The HA Chorus provided some “Happy” entertainment and Mrs. Kletzine returned to lead the students in several songs.
